I am trying to buy some new coins and I don't seem to agree fully with the seller on grading of few coins. Can you please provide your opinion on grading of following coins?

no.1 looks to be EF-40.
no.2 also looks to be EF-40.
no.3 looks EF-45 die crack upper left.
no.4 looks VF-30.
no.5 looks VF-20.
no.6 hard to say with the environmental damage, maybe F-15.
no.7 looks F-15.
no.8 looks VF-25.
