Any idea of what they are , where they come from.. and are they worth a million dollars....Cause if so as they say Show me the money ..... all kidding aside , all help would be nice so I can mark it on the 2 x 2.... Sap Moderator Australia 16913 Posts	Posted 10/02/2009 10:17 pm The one on the left with the large "m" is either Byzantine or an early Islamic coin imitating the Byzantines, dating sometime from the period 600 - 800 AD; I can't see enough details to say anything more about it. The one at bottom right is Islamic, perhaps from one of the Indian states; the top line in the top pic says "Mohammad", which frankly doesn't help much in narrowing things down. No idea about the one on the top right. Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. echizento Moderator United States 23731 Posts	Posted 10/02/2009 11:52 pm I think they might all be Islamic. The M on the larger coin looks similar to the one next to it. Byzantine coins don't have that extra hook extending from the center and the base of the m is usually flat and not pointed like this one is. Report this Post to the Staff
