The Western Wall appears over the whole coin. The inscription in Hebrew , "28th day of Iyar 5727" and "1967" in English at the rim. The Proof coin is identified with a small Hebrew 'mem' at the left of the date.

A Sword and Olive branch, the official emblem of the Israel Defense Forces, in the center of the coin. The multiple rays of a star in the background. The inscription "Israel" with the denomination "10 Israeli Lirot" in Arabic, Hebrew and English around the rim.

I believe the coin was issued in commemorization of the Six Day War.

Bidding starts at ~ melt $13.00, bid increments .25 and S/H is $1.50 to the US. Others on cost adjusted basis. PP fees if used not included. Thanks for viewing. nlp
