This one looks like the Emperor Valens 364-378 AD, reverse is Valens dragging a captive and holding a labarum.

I don't know how why this one languished in "Unidentified" for so long, but it's been identified correctly. The chi-ro symbol on the labarum is particularly clear.

The only thing uncertain is the mintmark; it has a central "I", which makes me think Siscia mint. Example on Wildwinds.
