i have a 5 cent american coin. have heard it may cost much cos it contains silver and is rear.can you provide more information about this coin, many thanks.
The image is too small to see what the date is (maybe 1924?) so I can not tell you if it is rare, but I can tell you that this coin (commonly called a buffalo nickel), does not contain silver. Also, it seems that the buffalo on back is facing the wrong way.
the date is 1923. if you say that buffalo is facing the wrong way can it be a fake coin, but for me it doesn't look like. I think it is an ordinary 5 cent and worth nothing.
coins like that do have a premium over face, it looks to be in Fine condition. value is round $4.00. but the buffalo facing the wrong way scars me. it may be a fake but why would anyone fake a 5c COIN?
