No such grade as PO-03. Its PO1, FR2, AG3. I agree with OIM its probably a net AG3.

It may be an AG3 coin, but I find it very attractive. That design wears down well. (The no stars one that is.)

It does look awefully light to have that much wear. I agree with AG-3. with obv. better than rev. Probably cleaned. Worth around $8-10 if cleaned...Maybe $15-$18 original...
