AMFCook I am not into MS70 graded coins, I can see having a set of MS70 PCGS slabbed ASE would be .. pretty cool. And if I was the one selling I would like to get those sort of prices. For me I would be happy with a MS69 set and a fraction of the price.
As for the Proof 2007 ASE. I think that would be a fair price. I do think you could find a little cheaper maybe at a coin show or a dealer that was overstocked.
I agree GoldRush58, I've stated in another post that I can't personally tell the difference between a 69 & 70, so beauty is in the eye of the beholder of the wallet!

I can get a MS-70 ASE from 2007 in an ICG slab for $47.00 from a coin dealer I do business with regularly. Seems to me that one should be worth over $100 more so than last years, or the one struck this year.
