Only $130.00 and it's a first strike graded by PCGS.

This is the same guy with the 2009 ASE MS-70 for $115.00.

Is it just me, or do you all think people have gone completely crazy with these over priced 2010 ASE's with a MS-70 grade?

This is a good deal. 2007 ASE, Proof with an S mm? Only $59.95.

I would think an ASE Proof of any year with an S mm on it would demand a high premium.

Perhaps someone should inform this seller of the handiwork of the West Point Mint of the last 13 years or so ! ....

And that the last "S" mintmark on an ASE was in 1992 ! ....

I am not into MS70 graded coins, I can see having a set of MS70 PCGS slabbed ASE would be .. pretty cool.
And if I was the one selling I would like to get those sort of prices. For me I would be happy with a MS69 set and a fraction of the price.

As for the Proof 2007 ASE. I think that would be a fair price. I do think you could find a little cheaper maybe at a coin show or a dealer that was overstocked.

I agree GoldRush58, I've stated in another post that I can't personally tell the difference between a 69 & 70, so beauty is in the eye of the beholder of the wallet!

The few seconds a TPG grader has to inspect a coin are insufficient to accurately determine whether a 70 grade is appropriate. It's that simple.

Ouch! I did not catch that "S" mint mark, I was just thinking Proof ASE.
You are very sharp Super Dave.

I can get a MS-70 ASE from 2007 in an ICG slab for $47.00 from a coin dealer I do business with regularly. Seems to me that one should be worth over $100 more so than last years, or the one struck this year.

People are crazy.

When dealing with ICG Moderns...keep in mind that they usually give out more MS and PR-70s than PCGS, NGC, ANACS...
