Picked a lot of Panamanian coins up while touring Panama. Received this up in change while in Panama City, Panama. Its different from other $1 Balboas and I what's the date? What are the cryptic numbers on the obverse represent?

And maybe what I think is the Obverse is actually the reverse? I don't have a Balboa book but I'll find one. I do believe they are silver.

It is a 1 Balboa 50 yrs. Republic coin KM#21 actual silver weight is 0.7734 troy OZ. Value of your coin is between $20 & $30 U.S.

The "cryptic" numbers would be
LEY 0.900 (.9000 silver)
GR 26.73 (26.73 grams weight, the net coin weight, not the silver content. The ASW Tim S supplied).
