And I've been holding on to this beat up old silver note since I found it as a kid in the 80's:

Awesome notes! It's been five years or so since I've found a small portrait Ten dollar bill... That one seems to be in VF condition...

Never found a Silver Cert before...

I don't have a scanned copy of it on my computer... but my oldest note is a 1929 $20 National Currency Note (Brown Seal). I really need to get to a specialist to find out its value, because there is a huge span with those notes. It's in really nice condition, too. It's the note that really got me interested in collecting.

this is what it looks like, but mine is in much better condition.

1929 Type 1 $20 dollar National in great shape might get you around $60.00 to $80.00 dollars.

While on vacation over Christmas, my wife handed me her money (first time for everything) to pay for something. And in her bills is a 1934B $10. Very used and circulated but no tears.

I asked where she got it and got the response....I don't know.
I was hoping to go back and check for more.

Just got this 1950C $20 from an ATM today. Well circulated but tear free. My wife looked at me kinda of funny when I said I wanted to keep it.

I was very surprised to see it

I got this series of 1963A $10 Bill in change.

I also picked up these series of 1957 silver certificates at the bank. They're in great condition! Still crisp, only some light folds.
