Not as an avatar, just as an image. Avatars need to be submitted to me for uploading.

Yass and Ranger, I have uploaded your avatars. You should be getting an email with the file names.

Do you have an avatar of a British Britannia coin, any would do, that I can use. These are very beautiful coins. I am a computer novice so do not know how to load one.

Luskie, sorry but I just saw your post here. The best thing to do is email me regarding avatars. I found a Britannia proof image that I think you'll like, uploaded it, and changed your avatar in your profile.
Crzy3by, I uploaded your avatar yesterday and emailed you that you just needed to select it in your profile. I have now taken care of that, so you don't need to do anything.

This is a great forum. Like the previous posts I would like a different avatar - an image of the Mexican Libertad 1oz Silver bullion coin (1996 or later). This is my latest line of collecting and the coins are stunning (especially in proof!).
Hope to be able to post more and share info on these and other world coins. Information on world coins seems quite scarce both on and offline.
Thanks!

Inacoffeebuzz, I will try to help you out with some info until Mom comes along. Just a couple of questions to speed up the process for you.
Do you already have an image in the correct format? If so, see the very first thread from Susan which tells you how to proceed. I am only asking because my interpretation of your thread tells me that you do not. If that is the case, you're best bet will be to find a picture on line, and then follow Mom's instructions.
Mom and Dad have all of the Avatars listed to choose from out of the goodness of their hearts. They are not the "keepers/solvers" of all requests for something different. This is not to say that they will not do their best to find one for you, just that they are extremely busy folks.
If you do still need an image, you can always introduce yourself in the "Welcome, introduce yourself" thread, and put a note in there that you would love an image of this coin, and someone may be able to help you out.
Of course, if you've already followed the guidelines, completely ignore me....

Inacoffeebuzz, I actually happened to have a nice toned Libertad on my computer from a sale some years ago. It is only a 1984, but I hope you can use it until you find an image for a more recent one. I have uploaded it for you as inacoffeebuzz1. You just need to select it in the avatar box in your profile.
Tights24, thanks for your help. Fortunately, I had some time this morning to spend on the forum and was able to find this pic easily.
I would like to state again, though, that it is better for members to email me with an image. The image doesn't have to be the correct format or size as I recrop the images here and resize them anyway. But I will be able to take care of it sooner if you email me.

Thanks a bunch, Prethen! I'll be sure to get them uploaded as general avatars in the next couple of days.
