Hello!
I have been looking online for the same exact coin, I believe, and my search engine led me to this forum.
Anyways, I think I may have the same coin design as yours. Mine is a white gold pendant. On one side, it has the Libra symbol (similar to the side with the Virgo symbol) with the name "Giampaoli" below it. On the other side, it has a picture of a man driving a four horse chariot in the clouds (most likely Apollo or Helios) and the chariot is led by a winged female with a laurel, Nike, the Greek personification of victory.
Giampaoli refers to Pietro Giampaoli, an Italian engraver and medalist, but that's all I found out about the name and origin. I am still stumped on who is driving the chariot. I'd say its most likely Apollo, but he isn't usually depicted bald, and Helios usually has rays coming from his head, and I do not know of any other Greek deities that ride chariots.
Hopefully whatever I have helps in some way. I'm not a coin specialist, I'm just an art history major with a great strength in Greek mythology hahah
