There does seem to be some greenish discoloration, possibly PVC residue. Acetone might be able to remove this before it progresses to actual surface damage. I agree with an MS-62 detail grade, limited by the cheek chatter and field marks.

Given that the worst of what looks to be PVC is in the same quadrant of the coin in both pics, I'm inclined to think it's a reflection rather than actual detail on the coin. With that said, if there's *anything* to that greenish color on the lower right of each shot, get it into acetone, stat.

The cheek bears out what I said in my comments on the 1902-O. This one has genuine chatter, and I'd tend to agree with the MS62 offered by the other posters.
