NumisEd Pillar of the Community United States 4765 Posts	Posted 09/27/2025 11:31 am Brazil, 300 Reis, 1936. Carlos Gomes commemorative. Not my coin, but I am considering buying it. I am not sure if this coin is weakly struck or not, but I give it a XF40 grade. What do you think? Report this Post to the Staff

triggersmob Pillar of the Community Australia 8569 Posts	Posted 09/27/2025 7:51 pm I'm no expert grader, but with the heavy wear on the mo and eyebrows, I wouldn't grade it that high. Mine looks slightly less worn and I graded this fine. In the U.S. though, I think you tend to grade higher. Report this Post to the Staff
