Just saw this and I'm guessing you found out that there are no San Francisco proofs from those years. The LESPSs have the W mint mark. I still remember 2017 being special as it was the first year they had both the S and W proofs. Everybody hounded over the Congratulations set as it was the first way to get it (with the LESPS of that year being the 2nd way). Nice set though, I have all of them as well except sadly, the 95-W (I was too young back then to even be able to buy, had I known haha). Report this Post to the Staff
