I was also able to bring some banknotes. I just selected the best specimens I could find. I got them at face value. It is worth saying that all banknotes in Nepal are in very poor condition. It feels like they are over 100 years old. Some were even torn.
Unfortunately, I forgot about 500 rupees. I didn't come across them very often and they were in a sad state.

















The banknotes of Thailand were in the best condition. Banknotes and coins of Thailand are almost not valued in Russia. This is because a lot of tourists fly to Thailand and a lot of coins and banknotes end up in the country. Because of this, almost every collector has coins and banknotes of this country. In change I received a perfect 20 baht banknote and decided to keep it. Many banknotes that I came across had bends in the middle, but my banknote does not have this.

These, as well as the 20 baht banknote that I showed in the previous message, are new banknotes. They were released in 2018 when the new King of Thailand, Rama X, ascended the throne.

If you go to Thailand as part of a tourist group, you will also be warned that you need to be extremely careful with money. You cannot crush, tear, or trample it. This is because the king's portrait is depicted on it. For such actions, you can be fined or even sent to prison.
