Kind of wondering if anyone bump into new King Charles coins in the circulation other than the salmon & coronation 50p? If yes, what's the frequency? I'm curious

Not many. The £1 coin dated 2023 is around. There was a flurry in my neighbourhood and I picked up one, but not seen any since then. I believe there are a few for sale on the dreaded ebay. Here's mine:

@PaddyB , thank you! The design looks nice. With all the digitalisation and card payments, I suppose not many new coins are needed for the circulation.

The only KCIII coins I've had in circulation so far have been the QE2 Memorial 50p and the Coronation 50p. None of the 'definitive' wildlife coins yet. I sorted through £50 in 10p coins last weekend and the only find of note was a 1987 5p - a pre-1990 5p is just slightly smaller than a current 10p.I remember getting an old 5p in change as a 10p once before, but that must have been 30 years ago, not long after they were withdrawn from circulation. A batch of 100 50p coins was very disappointing with just one 'Tom Kitten' commemorative!
