I found this Roman Coin? this weekend while metal detecting and need some help with an ID. I know nothing about these coins and hope I can get some information from the experts.
No I don't think so. I found it in 2 pieces and looked for the 3rd. I first found the main part and on rechecking the dirt found the smaller piece. It is corroded at the break on both pieces likes it's been apart for quite awhile.
I will try and get some better pictures when I get home and post them. It's about the size of a US quarter maybe a tab bit bigger. It is pretty heavy for it's size.
