patrick Pillar of the Community United States 560 Posts	Posted 02/26/2010 5:21 pm I'm going to be in Sonora, Mexico in mid-March and had a couple questions. I'm flying into Cd. Obregon and then driving to Alamos. I realize it's a long shot but does anyone know of coin shops/dealers in this part of the country? I've been to Alamos several times in the past but it was before I got into collecting Mexican coins. I know this was the site of a mint and there's a lot of silver mining history there. Does anyone know if the mint building is still there and if there are tours, etc? Any coin related sites I shouldn't miss? Thanks in advance for any suggestions! Report this Post to the Staff
