Argentina 1947 10 centavo Doubled (or more) date

Here's an interesting one. It is an Argentine 1947 10 centavos. The date, I think, is repunched. The 1 and 9 look single doubled, the 4 looks like 2 or more, and the 7 looks like several. Strange!

Any comments appreciated.
