Argentina-1948-20-Centavos-Doubled-Die?

Here's an Argentine 1948 20 centavos. LIBERTAD is repunched. The L is under the B and the D is under the 8 in the date. Every letter is apparent, out of slignment and a bit off towards the center. The crown of the head is apparent in front of the eye and the nose on the throat looks like an Adam's Apple. Looks like a doubled die but other features on the left of the coin do not seem doubled. BTW, the reverse is also rotated about 20 degrees,

Coimments appreciated.

Thanks

Phil

It looks like a doubled die to me too--I can see how LIEBERTAD repeats, and that's serious doubling!
