Using this Page: Go down the list and open all the topics you want to read in a new tab/window. Go to the last one and start reading, closing the tabs as you finish them. When you get back to the active topics page, click the Mark all topics as read link. Any topics that received new posts since the last page load (while you were reading) will now be the only ones that show.
