I know I have a bunch of coins that are not round, but I have not taken a picture of many of them. But I see no eight-sided coins have been posted yet, and I already happen to have a picture of my only example of one of those.  Here is a tin 1 pitis piece from Palembang (Malay Peninsula), dated from 1805:

Speaking of the Malay Peninsula... British Malaya:   I believe this is the only coin I have with this shape that is oriented as a square instead of a diamond.
