Nautilus on a Timor coin. @chafemasterj wow surprised to see Indonesian coins here By the way, what about putting a checklist of amimal types that have/haven't been posted? (e.g. mammals, aves, molluscs, insects, etc) Maybe it will make this thread more interesting

Finally, took me over an hour to compile this list on my phone Actually I ommited a few coins in this thread because I could neither identify the coin nor the animal. I also temporarily omit 1 or 2 new Canadian NCLT's because they're not available in my (outdated) Krause catalogue yet. Fun fact: Out of the few coins that mention species names, the majority of them (at least in this thread) did not use proper binomial nomenclature P.S. I'm unsure if there are different species of eagles portrayed on US coins in this thread.

Nice list, Guybrush! I was trying to do the same thing here, but I'm terrible at identifying fish. I know that coins do exist with bees, grasshoppers and spiders on them, so hopefully someone will post them soon. We have most of the orders of the Mammalia class well represented already - just missing shrews, opossums, hedgehogs, carnivorous marsupials, tenrecs, and non-human primates.
