Found in yesterday's change. Not bad for it's age.

Nice nickel. It's a reminder for me to reinvigorate my nickel searching.

Thank you, jbuck and ijn1944. I like finding coins from the 60s.

There was a time when finding yet another 1964 nickel was a bore, but that time has passed.

It's fun finding US coins that are 50 to 60 years old. They have history.

Indeed they do. I will celebrate pretty much any finds minted when I was a kid or before I was born.

I've got a jar of Nickels, some of which no doubt have been in my possession for 20-25 years. I just weighed it and it came in at 11.5 pounds or 5.2 kg! At least $25 FV. I've been meaning to roll them up and haul them to the CU, but I'm sooo good at procrastination. Maybe I should look through them before I do. I wouldn't expect to find much of value, though.

Thank you, Errers and Varietys. The 1964-D nickel was massively produced.

You may not find anything of value, Vector Ze, but I think it's still a good idea to look.
