He had no fixed income and within months of buying the house found he couldn't meet his mortgage repayments.

Aside from the fact that people with "no fixed income" shouldn't be considered for loans, what did this idiot think he would make his mortgage payments with?

So now we should blame someone else and feel sorry for him.
