I have this little Valentinian II that I can't seem to locate a RIC # for. It's 13mm DN VALENTINIANVS PF AVG / GLORIA REIPVBLICE / TES with gamma in left field. There are two turrets and four rows. The closest RIC I was able to come up with is RIC IX 62a Thessalonica listed as scarce. But that has seven rows.

Before I begin looking, what sources have you used so far?

I found this one: RIC IX Thessalonica 59b. It has four layers and different field marks, Maybe?

Scratch RIC 59b, that's a left facing bust. However, the RIC 62a according to Helvetica's can come with only four layers and different field marks. In fact, if you look at the wildwinds image for RIC 62a, the only difference is the field mark:

I used Helvetica and must have missed where it said that. So 62a it is. Thanks JW.
