Is this from a defective die?

Just wanted to know if this was from a defective die and if it is not, can you tell me what its from? Thanks!

I would suspect it is a die crack. I checked all of my buffs, none of them had it.

Do you think that the mint mark is covered by this? The coin is a 1920.
