Tough to be confident on grade from these photos. I'd guess AU-55 at minimum based on wear, with a possible downgrade due to the spotting. Might be mint state if what looks like friction on the knee and robe over shield is strike weakness or a photo artifact. The spotting and faint reverse hairlines should limit it to MS-63 at best on the high end. Head looks well-struck so it's a FH candidate even if judged AU.

Nice coin; I'd love to see it with more natural-looking illumination.

I'll assume the washed out appearance is just the lighting, so I think it would make AU58FH.

The reason I called a cleaning on this SLQ was the spots - I believe they are left over from a dark toning the coin had before the cleaning/dipping, and they are the areas the toning didn't fully vacate the surface during the dip.
