Coin ID : South amercian Indian head?

Hi all,

Help needed, I am trying to id this coin.
Looks like low grade silver with a figure wearing a Native American feather headress.





I could be wrong, but for some reason I think I saw it somewhere in the South or Central American section of one of the guides when looking for another coin?

I forgot to write down the details at the time and now cannot seem to find it? Any help greatly appreciated!
