I have a coin dated 117ad...Hadrian denarius...? Curious what kind of value the coin holds.

I'm afraid we'll really need to see pictures of your actual coin to make sure your coin is actually a Hadrian denarius and give a fair estimate of value. In general, denarii of Hadrian sell in the $50 to $200 range, unless it's a particularly desirable type or especially well-preserved.

In the meantime, click on the "image" and "text" links next to some of the denarii on this page to see what some have sold for.
