Dont clean it, you will destroy what neumismatic value it has and would not impact the silver value.

As a rule: Don't clean coins! This is a common date Morgan, appears lightly circulated, and is worth about $30. The crud and toning will actually make it appealing to people who like original coins.

It appears to be mint state from the pictures, but they're a little grainy and pixelated.

Oh, and definitely don't clean. If anything, send to NGC for conservation (may not be worth it?)
