Has anyone come across a silver Washington with a 'D' mint mark that is noticeably higher (closer to base of branch)than others? I came across one the other day in a coin shop, and failed to pick it up. Should I have? Any idea of its general rarity? Thanks, Ron

Pending on the year, many coins had the Mint Mark hand added. This indicates they are sort of in a roving location on coins. No added value to those types where the location just wanders.
