Nice find...looks like it might even be the combo DDO/DDR but I can't see LIBERTY close enough.

Sure John1....the easiest PUP for me are the elongated dots...they should be round. Having found 3 of these makes it a little easier, but after the first one I just focused on the dots between E dot PLURIBUS dot UNUM.

I have two of the 2004 DDRs (including the combo DDO/DDR) and this appears to be a different one.

1DO-001 (paired with 1DR-001):


1DR-001 (paired with 1DO-001):


1DO-002:


The serif on the second "S" in "STATES" is another PUP, along with the dots in EPU.
