Inherited this along with a massive coin collection and have been unable to figure out what it is. There is no date on it that I can find. Any help would be aqppreciated, thanks!

Not a coin, but a bullion copy of a Barber half dollar, so I would guess that would make it a silver medal. Nice piece of jewelry none the less, still has the value of .999 silver by weight.
