These are all common-date coins.
The dime grades about Very Good and is valued according to the silver content. These sell for maybe $2.
The nickel grades Good and is only worth about $0.75.
The Morgan dollar grades around Extremely Fine and is worth about $30. If it has been cleaned or "shined up" it will be worth less; I can't tell from your photos but I don't see any obvious problems.
Coins are graded on the "Sheldon Scale" which assigns numbers from 1 up to 58 for circulated coins. Uncirculated pieces grade from 60 to 70 depending on quality. Higher numbers mean higher grades and usually greater value.
On the Sheldon scale your coins are around 8, 4, and 40, respectively.
