I found my $2 again yesterday while going through my keepsakes it was in the back of a picture that I sketched when I was little, iv had a quick look on the net about $2 notes and it said that they were made in 1966 my question is do they have the same prefix system as polymer notes?
I remember in the early 70's, you could buy a meat pie (15 cents) with sauce (2 cents extra), a salad sandwich for 17 cents, a Coke soft drink for 12 cents. A vanilla paddle pop from Streets for 10 cents. A "kids 3 course feast" for 56 cents. Plenty of change from a "twoer".
