Today: Three 2012-D Cents from the grocery store self-checkout. So, up to customer service desk to buy a roll of Cents. Sure enough, got a BU roll of 2012-D's.

I got a 1968 (Canadian) quarter from circulation. Only .500 silver but still an enjoyable find for me.

A 44 year old silver quarter, even if only .500, is a nice find in my opinion.

I actually made money going through a tollbooth today. The toll was $.30, I gave the lady $1 & rec'd $.70 in change & one was a 64 dime.

Found two 2012-D cents yesterday. I'm just surprised they were both from Denver because I live out east.

I found this weird 1967 quarter and wondered if anyone else has info about it. It has an x sketched on the front face as well as small sketches around the rim, on both sides. Having trouble uploading picture but I will gladly email A pic. Thanks

Hey Guys:
Went to the bank this afternoon to get some pennies to further my search for copper. I got 6 boxes of 2012 BU coins in the customary Brinks wrappings. So tomorrow afternoon I'm marching these puppies back to bank for re-depositing into my account. I already have 6 rolls set aside for future generations which is really more than I am comfortable keeping.
The only BU pennies that I am interested in are from 2010, 2009, 2008, and anything prior to 1982. The only ones that I'm actively searching for is 2009 and any prior to 1982.

I just found this thread and enjoyed reading the replies so I am adding this:
This weekend while I was at the bank I asked my routine questions about Susan B's, Sacs, Ikes, and Kennedy's.
Did I found a mother load of my interests:
35 Susan B's 10 Sacs 36 Ikes (Usually can't find Ikes around here) and 1 roll of Kennedys. When I got home I found 4 - 64's, 10 various 40%ers, and 4 NIFC ("s" clad minted)
This silver find helped bring down my average cost of silver.

biggfredd By the time I saw your post these boxes of pennies were back home at the bank. What was kind of unusual about these 2012's was that in a number of the rolls there was what appeared to be one old penny that stood out like a sore thumb. There's always one isn't there. I think that that 1 penny in the roll killed any value on ebay. There were about 12 such rolls in each box. BTW I got these boxes from Wells Fargo and they were waying that this was all that they were getting from Brinks so keep an eye for them if you are interested. Besides I am not set up to be a vendor on ebay. Perhaps I should look into it. However, I did set aside 6 rolls for my future great grandchildred that haven't been bore yet. It's probably going to take that long to get any price appreciation there. I do have a roll of bu 1958 s pennies that may help my grandchildren (who also haven't been born yet). I got them only because I thought there were interesting at the time along with some 1976 bu rolls.
