_22_ Valued Member United States 61 Posts	Posted 08/06/2009 12:07 pm Just finished searching $500 worth (5 fed boxes) this week and found a decent number of pre-60's however not a single silver or buffalo. This befuddles me as it seems everyone else is averaging about one silver per box and I cant even find one in 5 boxes searched.. Is this just bad luck or should I not be searching fed boxes or what? Almost always 2 in a roll, often 4-6. Maybe not quite an average of 4 per roll, maybe 2-3. Joe Report this Post to the Staff

Prior to 1964 .... the 1962-D Jefferson had the highest individual mintage at 280 million coins ...... the combined 1964 mintage was 2.816 BILLION coins. Alas ..... I still find a lot of them!
