Copper 1/2 farthing of George IV has sitting Brittania on the reverse. In 1828 they minted over seven and a half million of those. The reverse of a lion on a crown belongs to either a sixpence piece or a shilling, both silver, depending on the size. If it is 6 pence, your mintage information is correct, and the value is between $8 and $225 (US) depending on the condition of the coin.
