Well I went....its a smaller local coin club show, but none the less, there were approx 20 dealers, nice selection of inventory and warm personable dealers. Free coin draws were happening every hour. I ended up buying a 1920 and 1930 BU Red Lincoln cent, ( not a mark on them and they are screaming with lustre) and a VF 1888, and 1881H Canadian 10 cent from another dealer. All and all a good deals on both. In addition to my ongoing Canadian collection, Im working on a BU Lincoln cent collection all mint marks, as well. I got them all with the exception of most 1930 to 1909. I've got them all in air-tites with the hopes to maintain the brilliant red colour.Im now at the point that they are really getting pricey. I'm in Toronto so twice a year we drive down to Tonawanda/Cheektawaga New York to deal hunt Michael Findley (Canadian Coin News Trends editor) was there yesterday with his extensive 'bargin bins'. Couldn't even get close enough to check them out, tho you can be sure its been cherry-picked to the nines. A great experiance. I wish I had the time to join their coin club, as they are a bunch of great guys.
