i have a 1946 dime with what I believe is an error but can t get a good pic of it it looks almost like an extra eye I was wondering if anyone knows about any other 1946 dimes with this

I believe there are quite a few doubled dies for 1946 (I'm assuming you mean P), and some of them do involve the eye area. But I'm not experienced enough to tell you anything from that photo.
