I believe it has way too much chatter for a 63. I'd call this a 60, 61 tops.

I might go with MS-61 but MS-60 might be more realistic. Lots of marks on the cheek really affect grade. The value really doesn't change much between the two.

Appreciate the feedback ... I'd much rather be conservative (and realistic) vice idealistic in the grading ... I'm keeping these coins and forum feedback gives me a good idea on value ...

I'd like to see a couple more pictures... but the luster doesn't look great and with that amount of marks I'd say MS60 maybe MS 61.

checkout vams 24 and 46..........That "O" is in quite a unique spot...
