I bought a '72-S cent, a gold double-eagle, and an Indian Head cent from a souvenir booth at Honolulu airport transiting through there in 1983. Paid $1 each for them, I think. They were made of cast aluminium, with a plating to give it the "proper" colour. I recall the shop had them labelled as "drink coasters". Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis Report this Post to the Staff
General Tso Valued Member United States 341 Posts	Posted 12/23/2010 2:03 pm I think these are making a come back. I've seen displays at various businesses this year. There were about twelve different ones. I even saw a display at an amusement park in mass. this summer. They were asking $10 each.
