267-270 AD Claudius II Antonianius.

Another is an unidentified ancient from around 200 AD from Alexandria.

My third oldest is one of the nicest coins in my collection, an Indian 1808 X Cash retrieved from the sunken Admiral Gardner.

For some of these I have illustration, for others not (haven't photographed everything yet).

The oldest coin in my main, British, collection is a penny of Edward I, 1272 -- 1307

The oldest coin in my "Russian" collection is a dirham from Bukhara (now a part of Uzbekistan, former Soviet republic), 775-785 AD

My oldest (proper) Russian coin is a denga of Ivan the Terrible, circa 1550.

My oldest European, and oldest overall, is a Roman AS of Trajan, AD 115 -- 116, a gift from Scooby (I guess he regifted it ).

My oldest Asian is an Indian coin from the 5th century (I still need to research and ID it)

My oldest African is a pysa of Zanzibar, dated AH 1299 (AD 1881)

My oldest American coin is 2 sous, 1789, from French Guiana. (My oldest US coin is 2 cents 1865)

My oldest Australia/Oceania coin is an Australian shilling of 1910.

Silver copeck of Ivan the Terrible (1547-1584 - don't know enough to be able to pin it any closer).
Oldest dated is currently from 1615 - Riga solidus of Sigismund III (of Poland). I've only been seriously collecting for a year or so, so I hope I'll eventually get a dated coin from before 1584, at which point I'd count it as oldest overall even if the copeck was actually older).

And as someone's already listing continents...
Oldest from Europe: both of the above.
Oldest from Asia: 1885 Japanese 5 sen.
Oldest from Africa: 1956 French Algeria 20 francs.
Oldest from North America: 1823? Matron US cent (the date's not quite there, but I feel I can see it if I squint enough; otherwise, 1841 cent).
Oldest from Central America: 1915 Salvador 5 centavos.
Oldest from South America: 1893 Brazil 200 reis.
Oldest from Australia/Oceania: discounting the so-called "Proclamation" 1797 British copper penny (which might or might not have been used in Australia), 1941 Australian sixpence.
