Australian Error Penny one sided thin coin? Value?

I am a novice coin collector and I just came upon an Australian penny. It is thin---about half the correct height---and is only printed on the one side. The other side is convex although it's hard to tell that in my scans. Can anyone tell me anything about this and what the value might be? I did some research and didn't find anything exactly like this. Thanks!

Some sort of play/toy money or a poorly made fake error. The portrait is all wrong.
