I came upon a star note in my wallet and it had the serial number 06664554.
Does this carry a premium?

I don't think that serial number is very special. This note comes from a run of 3.2 million, and considering its condition, it is probably not worth keeping.. (But to the forums!)

I think I remember hearing something about "666" serial numbers being recalled or something. Interesting question, sorry that I don't know the answer.
No such thing as an ugly coin. =)
