Identify ukl one Anna | Indian temple token

Yes - it's a modern ...."thing" I say thing because I'm not really sure what it's supposed to be. Obviously based on the East Indian Company style of coins but they never had that sort of obverse. It could be some sort of Temple token designed in a antique style

Have a few of them too, bought them in India along with some real coins... I said to the man they were fake, but he assured me they were real. So I bought them for a buck, because he was a nice old man on the street Later talking with another man, he pointed out that back in those days they did not portrait their gods onto the coins! So I knew for sure they were fake, as is this one..
