This one was unusually easy to identify as to variety, which is believed to have been struck in 1823 when the Monroe Doctrine was rolled out in our Country. Thoughts? Thanks! VF25. Is that graffiti above liberty from star 7 to 8. Possibly the same above the eagle. Or do those scratches look sufficiently random?
Overall, I like the appearance much better in your pics than the seller pics.
