Looks VF30. I may be seeing things that aren't there, but to me it looks like scratches or graffiti below the motto.

I'm at VF-25 here. I think it straight grades, although I see what Adam saw under the US of PLURIBUS. There is a small ding above the eagle's head (I think I heard the eagle say "missed me!"), but the rest of the surfaces look nice.

Oooooh! That circulation cameo looks so much better in your photos!
I'm still at VF-25, but your photos show detail that it isn't far from VF-30. There's a little bit more chatter that was hidden in the fields, but consistent with a VF coin. Nice coin.
