Found this in the same lot as the George III medal in the previous post. Appears to be silver plated bronze (marked bronze on the edge). It is 60mmX46mm.

Anyone have an idea on where this is from.

It's a medal or plaque to awarded to a winner(s) of some competition. The winner's name and/or "event" would be stamped into the empty banners. Reminds me of the 1900 Paris World's Fair types.

That would make sense. There were several other medals from the Paris fair in the lot I purchased.
